If you’ve always wanted to learn more about wind energy and sort the facts from the myths, then you need to head to Dolfor Community Hall on Thursday 20 February at 7.00pm where Action for Renewables and Powys Windfarm Supporters have arranged for a panel of experts to answer your questions.
Sitting on the panel will be Phil Horton, head of development at Dulas, Adam Twine, farmer and renewables campaigner and author of the Farm Carbon Cutting Toolkit, Sarah Merrick from Vestas Act on Facts campaign and Tobi Kellner from the Centre for Alternative Technology. The panel will take questions from the audience with the aim of giving people the facts about wind energy to challenge commonly held misconceptions.
